Can I buy your products in any retail stores?

Right now we're only selling on our website. Production costs are very high, so it's not possible for us to sell to stores and make a profit! Hopefully that will change in the future when we try out new production techniques.

Can I order fabric yardage?

Yes! Fabric by the yard sells for $145/yd. Contact us for more info.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Packages are sent by Priority Mail with the Postal Service. If you would like to have an order sent faster (next day or 2-day shipping), contact us before placing an order and we will give you the costs. All items are in stock and ready to mail to you as soon as you place an order – however if an item is recently sold out and is being restocked, we will send you a message with the approximate delay time (usually 10 days) so you can retract the order if you'd prefer.

What is Paypal? Do I need a Paypal account to place an order?

Paypal is an extremely safe way to use your credit card online. You do not need an account to place an order. To find out more, click here.

Are purchases returnable?

Yes, you may return an item for a refund or exchange. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Buyer must pay return shipping costs (and will not be refunded for the original shipping costs).
